Breakbot (Various Tracks & Remixes) (2007 French/Electro/Funk)

Breakbot is one of a long list of current producers that makes me want to quit making music all together, he's that good (grrr!). Although he is associated with the current wave of french electro artists (Justice, Ed Banger, Institubes etc...) I find his sound to be refreshingly melodic and funky. With just the right amount of noise/distortion and funked out bass lines he seems to have this sound perfected. I also like the fact that his music remains interesting from start to finish with many different parts, progressions and melodies weaving in and out, not just relying on one four bar loop for the entire song. S.a.s.a.c. - Umbrella (Remix) (2007 RnB/Funk/Remix)

Trust me, I'm as tired of this song as everyone else but this remix makes it listenable. S.a.s.a.c. is an up and coming producer from Sweden and he really seems to have the early 80's mod-soul/funk sound on lock (he tells me he uses Fruityloops, which makes it even more amazing). Architecture In Helsinki - Debbie (U-Tern Remix) (2008 Electro/Dance)

I did this remix ages ago for Architecture In Helsinki and it has yet to be released, so I decided to just post it before it gets to stale. It's very different from pass works, but I'm sure some of you will enjoy it. I've included the instrumental for those that do not fancy AIH's vocals (a little on the quirky side, not everyones cup of tea).
